He is the President and Founder of AffectingLives, a coaching and motivational speaking company. Eric uses a variety of different methods to motivate and encourage people through texting, e-mailing, video messaging, coaching, writing, or speaking. Eric keeps his messages relevant because he understands that each person is unique and retains information in a different way.
Eric is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Erin, and has a beautiful son, Ethan. They reside in Orange County, California.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Business Communication from California State University, Fullerton.
